Get In the Wild with VBX from July 29-August 2 (9am-12noon) at Cross of Christ in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Gas up the all-terrain vehicle and head out on a wilderness adventure like no other. Get up close and personal with elephants and egrets, polar bears and penguins, cockatoos and crocodiles, and so much more! Grab your camera and zoom in on these animals in their natural habitats. Maybe you can even snag a snapshot or two.
This summer kids will focus in on some amazing, real-life encounters with Jesus. Each encounter is like a snapshot—a specific moment in time captured on the pages of Scripture. Through VBS, kids will discover that each snapshot of Jesus is an opportunity to respond to the gospel. And when put together, these isolated encounters clearly reveal the most amazing truth of all—Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by believing we can have life in His name. Are you ready for an up close and personal encounter with Jesus? The adventure of a lifetime awaits!
We have amazing music and fun activities for ages 3-11.
Preschoolers ages 3 and 4 plus Elementary kids ages 5-9 have multiple rotations. And, our Middle School kids ages 10 and 11 get a special mission-based group with activities just for them. (Anyone age 12+ can volunteer to help and receive community service hours.)
Kids will start each day at Panoramic Point for opening activities before heading to the Watering Hole (Bible lesson), Grizzly Gulch (snacks), Beluga Bay (games in our huge three-court gym) Cockatoo Canopy (crafts), and Bullfrog Bog (music). They’ll end their daily experience by gathering back at Panoramic Point for a closer look at the day’s events where they will focus on Jesus’ love!
Registration closes on June 30 and space is limited. We do reach capacity every year. Don’t wait!
