Our original knife skills class, with added bonus of poultry butchering. This workshop is completely hands-on, we will go over basic cutting techniques with various vegetables and herbs. Afterwards we'll bring out the whole chickens and teach different ways to break down a chicken based on different cooking techniques. This is a great workshop to get accustomed to handling poultry and learning its anatomy. We recommend bringing your chef knife that you use at home, or one will be provided for you. All chicken cut during class will packaged up for you to take home, along with various recipes to try at home.
