This 45 minute class is run without any instuction. You will be able to use the deep water for independent exercise and have access to boyancy belts, sponge bells, resistance bands & much more for the many different strength building exercises that can be done in the deep water. The buoyancy belt or pool noodle will suspend you at shoulder level, allowing you to move freely & engage all your muscle groups. Deep water running is a highly recommended rehabilitation tool for sports injuries as well as an accelerated training method used by athletes & aquatic exercise fans. A requirement for this class is that you have attended one of our Deep Water Running or Aqua Fit classes.
