About the Project
Essex Crossing is multi-year $1B project comprised of nine development sites spanning six acres primarily along Essex Street and Delancey Street in Manhattan’s Lower East Side neighborhood. It includes nearly 1,900,000 gross square feet of multi-family rentals, residential condominiums, office space, community space, retail shops, restaurants, and a variety of entertainment and cultural amenities.
