In this workshop you will learn how Foundation Training works in your own body and leave with the confidence to apply these simple, yet challenging postures to your daily life or join my weekly Foundation Training classes. Participants receive a set of Foundation Training flash cards to enhance personal understanding of the class content.

Both workshop and weekly classes are held at Jeffrey Bihr Studio, 5390 Miles Avenue, Oakland. Ample street parking and walking distance from Rockridge BART. Workshop price includes your first weekly class.
