This class is designed as a more in-depth hands on experience than the our shop safety class. A thickness planer makes the second face of a board parallel to the other face; smooths rough stock; and reduces stock down to the exact thickness you need. Where as a drum sander performs a large number of sanding chores that can be accomplished quickly and neatly. If you really want to get into woodworking, a thickness planer and drum sander are worth the cost. You will leave this class with a comprehensive understanding of how to safely and correctly operate these machines. No previous woodworking experience is required.FAQsWhere can I contact the organizer with any [email protected] I cancel if I can't make it?If you wish to cancel, you must do so within 48 hours of the class start date in order to be eligible for a refund.
