Join Bay Area OutRight supporters on Monday, February 11 for lunch to learn about OutRight’s Legacy Circle. By including OutRight and other charitable organizations in your will, estate plans or other planned giving vehicles, you can make a transformational impact toward progressing LGBTIQ human rights around the world. Come learn from the experts and ask questions in a no-pressure setting!
Guest speakers will include Deb Kinney, a partner at Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP specializing in property and estate planning law. Deb also sits on the Board of the Tides Advocacy Fund and the National LGBT Bar Association, and is on the Advisory Board of the Horizons Foundation.
OutRight Board Chair and Horizons Foundation President Roger Doughty will share some of the results of the LGBT Giving Project, which included information about how planned giving can and does impact organizations serving our community.
OutRight Deputy Executive Director Maria Sjödin will share an update on recent progress and challenges for LGBTIQ people around the world, and OutRight’s current priorities and programs.
