Join Seattle-based yoga instructor and wellness ambassador, Elizabeth Krenke, for the 4th annual yoga on the Dock every Wednesday evening this summer at Elliott Bay Marina! (Yoga will not be held on 7/3, 7/31, & 8/7).
Yoga isn’t only great for increasing flexibility, building muscle strength, improving bone health and relieving physical pain, but it can also lower blood pressure, relieve depression and make you a happier person. Elizabeth believes wholeheartedly that everyone can benefit from practicing yoga and should have the opportunity to experience it outside of the traditional, and often times intimidating, yoga studio setting. There’s no better yoga studio than one perched above the glistening waters of Elliott Bay overlooking downtown Seattle, the iconic Space Needle and stunning Mt. Rainier.
Classes are held every Wednesday evening June – August from 6:30-7:30pm on the Observation Deck across from fuel dock G. Please arrive by 6:15pm to board the complimentary EBM electric water taxi!
All levels are welcome!
