1. Refund policy

    1. At Eventa, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee.
    2. If you sign up for the Eventa Visibility Service and find that it's not the perfect fit, please send a cancellation request to support@eventa.us, using the email address of your Eventa account. To cancel your subscription, we will need the following information: your billing details (name, transaction ID, etc.), email address, login name, and a brief comment explaining why you would like a refund.
    3. If your cancellation request comes from an email address different from the one you used for signing up, we will ask you additional information including (but not limited to): registered email, billing date etc.
    4. We will refund your money if the request is made within 7 days after your billing date.
    5. Refund requests are usually processed within 10 days from reception. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
